Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your account. Once 2FA is enabled, your account cannot be accessed by anyone but you.
How to enable 2FA
1.Go to Manage workspace and account and choose the My account tab.
2.In the Account settings section, find Two-factor authentication and toggle the corresponding button to ON.
3.Enter your current password and click Set up.
4.Enter the phone number which you intend to use for authentication and click Next.
5.Enter the validation code received and click the Verify button.
The authentication code is valid for 30 minutes.
Once verified, 2FA will be enabled for your account.
Moving forward, when you log in to your account, you will be prompted to enter the validation code sent to the phone number indicated in your account. Additionally, you can request to send a verification code to the email address associated with your airSlate account.
Note:the email address change option is not available once 2FA is enabled.
For now, the option is only available on the login page, during account deletion, and password recovery.
How to change the phone number
To update the phone number used for 2FA :
1.In the Two-factor authentication section, click Edit.
2.Enter your current password and click Continue.
3.Enter a new phone number for 2FA and click Send code.
4.Enter the verification code received and click Verify.
Once verified, the phone number will be changed.
How to disable 2FA
1.In the Two-factor authentication section, toggle the corresponding button to Off.
2.Enter your current password and click Turn off.
