Effective workflow management and troubleshooting mean locating and identifying specific workflows, documents, and revisions. This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to locate workflow IDs, document IDs, and revision IDs.
Workflow ID
Navigate to the Workflows tab, select your desired workflow, and click Configure.
On the workflow page, look at the address bar, and locate the first string of alphanumeric characters.
The workflow ID can also be found on the document page of the corresponding workflow.
Tip:the workflow ID always ends with 0000BA29, for example: C2051809-0600-0000-0000BA29.
Document ID
Proceed to the Documents tab, select the specific document you need, and access the three dots menu. Then, Open last revision or Show all revisions (in case you have more than 1 and would like to check a particular one).
In the open document, check the address bar for the second string of alphanumeric characters.
Tip: the document ID always ends with 0000C9C1, for example: 90AD1397-8810-0000-0000C9C1.
To check the ID for a specific document in a pack of documents, check the address bar for the last string of alphanumeric characters.
Tip: a specific document ID in a pack of documents always ends with 000021F6, for example: 4CB2DA99-0F30-0000-000021F6.
Revision ID
Find a revision ID, proceed to the Documents tab, select the specific document you need, and access the three dotsmenu. Then, click Open last revision Show all revisions (in case you have more than 1 and would like to check a particular one). In the window that opens, go to the address bar and find the alphanumeric characters that come after the ID of a specific document.
Tip: the revision ID always ends with 00005363, for example: D2F80F16-4320-0000-00005363.
