General
Automatically upload completed documents to HubSpot records.
Use case: After discussing services to be provided to a customer, you will need to send them a sales form. After the customer approves the list of services, you will need to attach the completed sales form to the customer record.
How to set up
How the bot works by default:
The Export to HubSpot bot activates once the documents are completed by recipients specified in the step to which this bot was added. To add the bot to your workflow, click the plus icon.
Then, select Bot from the list.
Search for the Export to HubSpot bot. Then, install the bot to your workflow by clicking the corresponding button.
Connection settings
Select Connect in the Connection settings section to connect the bot to your HubSpot account.
Then, select and connect a HubSpot account. You can also create and connect a new account (by clicking Add new connection).
Note: The connected account should have editing permissions for the entities where the records will be updated. Otherwise, the record won't be updated..
Once connected, select Continue to proceed.
Action settings
In the Select destination and documents section, select a base object. A base object is where the completed documents will be attached.
Note: It's not possible to export documents to the custom entities as this functionality isn't supported by the HubSpot API.
Then, select the file that you want to attach to the HubSpot record.
Once done, select Continue to proceed.
In the Select starting record section, set up criteria for finding the starting record in HubSpot. To do so, configure the lookup by selecting the HubSpot record field in the specified HubSpot object and setting the corresponding value for finding the starting record.
You can set up several search criteria and define whether all or any of them should be fulfilled. To do so, switch between the All and Any options.
Conditions
Define conditions for the bot to activate exactly as you need. When not defined, the bot will activate according to the default triggers (when the document is completed by the recipient).

In this section, you can set additional bot configurations:
Determine how often the bot will run
Decide what to do with a revision if the bot fails
Add tags to your document to easily locate it
