Error reason: This error occurs only for Salesforce Experience Cloud users when they attempt to run a workflow but lack access to the custom button or components in the airSlate WorkFlow App.
It is caused by restricted sharing settings on the airSlate Button custom object, preventing visibility to external users.
Solution
1.Go to Setup in Salesforce.
2.Search for Sharing Settings.
3.Click Edit.
4.Find the object: airSlate Button and set the Default External Access option to Public Read Only. Click Save.
