Workspace fails to connect/More permissions required

Tip: Users may encounter errors when attempting to integrate airSlate workflows with Salesforce, such as workspace connection failure due to insufficient permissions.

Reason

The error occurs because Salesforce limits the number of API requests allowed in a 24-hour period. When this limit is exceeded, the integration fails to connect.

Solution

Check for API Request Limits:

1. Navigate to System Overview in Salesforce Setup.

2. Review the API Usage section to check if the request limit has been exceeded.

3. If limits are exceeded:

  • Wait until the limit resets.

  • Contact Salesforce Support to request an increased API quota.
