Just like in the airSlate desktop version, you can use the Team management tab to access the list of teammates, add new people, and assign roles on mobile.
Note: The Team management tab is available for workspace Owners only.
Tap Invite teammate, enter the team member’s email address, and tap Invite. Your recipient will get an email invitation to join your workspace.
Manage roles
Tap the three dots menu next to the teammate’s name to view their profile, make your teammate a workspace owner, or restrict access to your organization by blocking them.
Note: When a teammate is blocked, they won’t be able to access your workspace until you activate them. You can activate a teammate from the airSlate web or mobile app.
To assign a role to a team member or to change an existing one, tap Manage Role, select the desired role, and tap Apply.
Add group
By tapping Add Group, you can create a group of teammates to collaborate on a common task.
Enter a name for the new group or select an existing group from the list and tap Apply.
Just like working in airSlate on a desktop, you can use the Manage groups button to view the list of existing groups on mobile .
