From the Workflow tab, you can access your workflows, run workflow, and share it with others.

Tap [filter icon] to find the workflow you need.

Sort workflows alphabetically, from ascending or descending, according to the creation time, or by the last updated.

Run workflow

Tap the workflow you need and select Run workflow. A new document will be created within the selected workflow.

Share a workflow

To allow teammates within your workspace to access a workflow and collaborate on it, tap the three dots menu and set the Accessible for all teammates switch to active.

Note:Only workflow Admins or Flow Fillers with Fill and share access permissions can share a Flow.

Share a workflow via a public link

In the airSlate mobile app, there are two ways you can share a workflow via a public link.

First, on the Workflows tab , select the workflow you’d like to send, then tap the link button.

Or tap the workflow you need, then tap the Distribute button and select Share link.

Enable a shareable link by turning the switch to active. Tap [copy link icon] to copy the link to the workflow, then tap Share and select where you’d like to paste the link: in a direct message, email, document, etc.

Share a Flow via email

To share a workflow via email, tap the workflow you’d like to send, then tap the Review and send invite button.

Enter recipient emails and customize a personal message. After that, tap Send.

Your recipients will get an email inviting them to complete on the workflow, based on their roles.

Hide a workflow

Just like in the airSlate web version, you can manage the accessibility to your workflows by teammates.

Select the workflow you would like to hide, go the tree dots menu and tap Hide Flow.

The workflow won’t be displayed in the list of workflows until you decide to make it visible again. To do this, tap [filter icon] in the top right corner, and turn on View Hidden Flows by setting the switch to active.

Select the hidden Flow you need, tap the three dot menu, then select Make Flow Visible.

Once made visible, the workflow will appear in the list of workflow.

Archive a Flow

To archive a workflow, select a needed one, tap the three dots menu, then select Archive.

Note: Only workflow Admins can archive worflows. Recipients are not able to archive them unless given Admin access.

From the Archive tab, you have access to all archived workflows that you can restore whenever you need. Once you tap Restore, the workflow will appear in the list of workflows.
