In this article, you will get a step-by-step instruction on how to access documents and complete them.
Receiving documents
There are two ways you can access the documents you need to complete. The sender can either share a link to documents or send an email asking you to fill out a workflow.
If you were sent some documents to fill out, you’ll receive an email. To start working on the documents, click the Fill out document button in the email body and you’ll be forwarded to the corresponding document. The document is always opened in a new browser tab.
If someone sends you a link to documents (like https://arsl.at/ xxxxxx ), open it to start completing them.
Once the document is opened, you must "consent to use electronic records and signatures" which validates the legality of the contract.
Documents navigation
Once you have opened the document from your mailbox or by following the link, you’ll get to the document editor displaying the first document from the package. On the left, you’ll find previews of the document’s pages and a label indicating the number of documents to fill out. Click on it to open the dropdown with a complete list of documents.
You can navigate to any document from the list; however, remember that only every following document will be available for completion. It means that if you go from the first document to the fourth, the fourth document will be only available in the View only mode.
Additionally, use the Back button to switch back to the previous document. Note that return to the Workspace is not available using this button.
Click More actions to open the menu for managing the document. By default, you have the navigation wizard turned on. It will guide you through all required fields using the orange label tips. If you turn this option off, starting from the next document, the tips will disappear.
Also, use the menu to save the document as a draft to continue later, discard all changes to start over the completion, or reject to complete this document.
Alternatively, if you want to finish the session, click on the document name and exit the editor with or without saving the changes.
To start the document completion, click on the wizard label and fill out the needed information. On the right, you’ll find the list of fields in the current document indicating which ones are required and which are already completed.
For your convenience, you have options to undo and redo your actions and change the page size.
As soon as you complete all required fields in the document, you’ll be able to proceed to the following document with the activated Next document button.
Some of the documents may have blurred fields. This is relevant for forms and surveys, which have several pages. The list of fields for every subsequent page will become available as soon as you navigate to this page.
Once you have completed all documents, click Finish to finalize the signing session.
