You can create a template for collecting data using a web form. Web form templates can be used to generate dynamic forms pre-filled with CRM data (for example, Salesforce, Pipedrive, MS Dynamics 364, SharePoint, NetSuite, or HubSpot data). Dynamic forms can show and hide fields depending on data added by recipients in other fields.

Collect data for single lines or in the table format. Once collected, you can then use this data to generate documents based on PDF or DOCX templates, create and update CRM records, or collect eSignatures.

To create a web form template, select Form or Survey on the Create Flow page.

To select a web form from the library, select Library in the Upload form section.

When in the library, switch to the Forms and surveys tab. Then, select the web form you need by clicking Use form.

In the Web Form builder that opens, use the Elements panel on the left to add the fillable field. You can choose from the following field types:

  • Text

  • Date

  • Signature

  • Number

  • Formula

  • and more

Drag and drop fields onto a form, change their order, or delete fields with a click. You can also arrange fields in different columns, if necessary.

Don’t forget to add a descriptive field name. Doing so allows for easily locating a field when configuring CRM data mapping. You can also adjust other field properties in the Properties panel.

You can also show, hide, enable, or disable fields upon certain conditions being met. To do so, navigate to the Conditionstab and create a simple logic for customers to follow when completing your forms.

Select Show preview to see how your form will appear to users, and double-check to make sure that all conditional logic is correct.

After adding the fields you need, click Save.

You can use web forms in your Flow Template together with PDF/DOCX documents, and other forms if necessary.
