Users can export documents uploaded to the document placeholder manually or by using Export bots:
When downloading documents from workflows, users will automatically receive documents that have been uploaded via the document placeholder in a .zip file.
To do so, click the three dots next to a workflow and select the option you need.
If no files have been uploaded to the document placeholder in the current revision, users will then have an empty document placeholder form downloaded with the rest of the documents.
If any Export bots have been configured for workflows with the document placeholder, the documents uploaded to the document placeholder form will be attached to your CRM’s records as PDF files.
If no documents have been uploaded to the document placeholder, an empty document placeholder form will be attached to your CRM’s records.
