Use this widget to allow your customers to accept privacy policies and terms and conditions agreements. The Clickwrap widget is a quick method for legally indicating consent with the option of using it in place of a customer's signature.
Using the widget is straightforward and only requires the user to read the conditions and select the “I agree” checkbox. Assign roles to the widget to ensure specific fields are filled out by your intended recipient.
Tip: The Clickwrap widget is always set to required and this setting cannot be adjusted. Users should ensure the widget is filled out before completing the form.
To add the Clickwrap widget, navigate to the Widget tab. Then, drag and drop it onto the canvas.
Note: You can’t add the Clickwrap widget to a Repeatable container, or use it when setting up conditions.
You can edit the text inside the widget (delete existing or add new), adjust the text color and background color in the widget, or insert links in the selected text. To do so, highlight the text you want to change. Then, choose the option you need.
You can also make adjustments to the linked text in the widget, such as editing the link or unlinking it. To do so, click the link text you want to edit. Then, select the option you need.
When recipients receive your form, they should select the checkbox.
