Note:To cancel a Free subscription, please contact our Support team. If you are on an Enterprise or higher plan, reach out to our Support team or your Customer Success Manager for assistance with subscription cancellation.
If you're a Workspace Owner or Supervisor, you can cancel your subscription at any time.
1. Go to Manage Workspace and account > Manage Workspace.
2. Go to the Subscription tab.
3. Scroll down and hit the Cancel subscription button.
4. When a new window appears, click Cancel subscription to confirm.
Once done, you'll get an email confirmation that your subscription has been canceled.
After canceling your subscription, you’ll still be able to use airSlate until the expiration date of your subscription. At the end of your billing cycle, a renewal invoice will be issued with the Canceled status.
