When the workflow Admin sets up the notification bot, it automatically sends notifications when a document has been completed.

Every time a bot runs, it will appear in the bot's log. Therefore, you get a running timeline of the bot's execution. If a bot was set up to run after each revision, a bot will appear equal to the number of revisions that have been created in a workflow.

Start by opening the bot's log to confirm whether the bot was triggered or not. If the bot log shows that it was triggered and it still didn't work, try to remove and re-install the bot. Then, try again. If you're encountering other issues, please contact support.
