On January 15, 2026, airSlate WorkFlow becomes altaFlow.
This is a brand update: a new name, a new primary domain, and a light visual refresh. The most important thing is that the created processes continue without interruption - the impact is minimal, and no action is required from your side.
Why we’re changing the name
Our platform has evolved into a more powerful and intuitive solution. The name altaFlow reflects our future direction while ensuring that everything you currently rely on remains the same.
What changes will you notice?
The name becomes altaFlow;
Our domain becomes altaflow.com
Your workspace URL will use: subdomain.altaflow.com (instead of subdomain.airslate.com);
All links (including public, smart, generated via API) continue to work, though they will now redirect to show the same destination under altaflow.com;
Support email updates to [email protected]. Existing open support tickets continue as normal. New tickets will not be visible in your Support platform because of the platform upgrade. We are preparing a new place for your tickets where you will see all your history;
Updated logos and colors across the workspace (minimal change, mostly visuals);
Our applications for Salesforce, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other premium integrations will also be updated to the new name (functionality remains the same).
What will remain intact?
Your existing setup and day-to-day operations will not be affected, including:
Workflow configurations
Bot connections to integrations
Custom buttons/automations built inside CRMs (e.g., APEX classes used in Salesforce flows)
SSO performance
SMS and email delivery
Webhook addresses
API calls and their setup
Compliance and security posture
Subscription terms
General product functionality
Previously sent invitations to sign, active documents, and SMS remain active and accessible.
