Customize the document completion experience. Walk your recipients through each field following the order you specify by configuring fields navigation.
To set up fields navigation, find the workflow you need and select Configure or create a new one.
Then, choose More options in the top right corner of the page. In the menu that appears, choose Fields navigation.
Use the modal window that appears to choose the most appropriate navigation option for your workflow.
There are three options to choose from:
Required first: document recipients will be guided through the fields you marked as required in your document or form. And then, when the required information is provided, they’ll be able to proceed to the optional fields.
Required Only: document recipients will only be guided through the fields you marked as required in your document or form.
All fields: document recipients will be guided through all document fields, starting from the first one.
Note: The Required Only option is the default for all workflows.
You can change the navigation order at any time, even if there are already sent documents in your workflow.
