One-time workflow allows you to quickly and easily create documents with a simplified and intuitive process. Please note that this option does not include Bot and Branch settings.

One-time workflow creation

  1. Select Start > Send documents. The aforementioned option is also available in the Getting started section. Note: the Design automation option is used for workflow creation.

2. Add documents as described in this article.

3. By default, there is only one step in the workflow. To add more recipients, go to the Recipients tab in the document.

4. Select + Add another Step to your workflow and hit Apply.

To assign different fields to steps, follow the instructions described in this article.

Also, you can add steps to the diagram once all required documents are added.

To start, use + Add recipient.

Find the detailed instructions on how to work with the Step settings in this article.

Manage workflow

Go to the Three dots menu to perform the following actions:

Redirect recipient: create a redirect for a recipient after they complete a Flow. Add the website URL and indicate whether it will open in the same or a new tab.

Fields navigation: customize the document completion experience. More information about this option can be found in this article.

Message to recipients: modify the default message to the recipients sent for the documents to complete.

Create help message: create an introductory message for your recipients where you can add some hints, guidelines, and contact information.

Duplicate: copy the existing workflow and create a new one based on the current settings.

Finish later: Save a draft and continue building your workflow later.

Note: this feature is currently in beta and will still develop and change over the course of time. Changes will roll out gradually over the next few months. However, you can always request early access by contacting our Support team.

To convert unpublished one-time document to workflow, go to the Add automation option.
