Once the workflow setup process is completed, you may perform the following actions before sending it:
Finish later. Save a draft and continue building your workflow later.
Send as test. Test the smooth running of your workflow by assigning each step to yourself.
Note:if the draft workflow has the autostart enabled, test workflow will start automatically based on the autostart settings.
Autostart. Add autostart if you want your process to start automatically based on the conditions you set.
You can set up an autostart for your worklow on a schedule or the updates made in another Template, CRM or ERP systems, Google Sheets, Microsoft 365 Excel, and more. Detailed instructions on this option setup can be found in this article.
Shareable link. Share a link on the web as you prefer. Anyone who opens this link will start a process and can fill out or view the documents available to role 1.
Publish - activate and save all changes made to a workflow.
Then, use the Run new Flow button on the workflow page to start the process.
If the roles have already been added to steps, the invitations to complete the documents will be sent out. Otherwise, go to the Status page to specify who should receive your documents.
