Send documents of a template to recipients

Find instructions on template creation in this article.

Once the template creation process is completed, you may proceed with its sending.

Go to the Template tab, select the template you need, and click Go to documents.

Click Use template.

Enter recipient email addresses.

You can also send documents using the Distribute option.

–Via public link. Share a link on the web using the most convenient method. Anyone who opens this link will start the process and can fill out or view the documents available to role 1.

– Via email. Enter the email address of the recipient and hit Send invite. The same option as in Use template.

– Send in bulk. Add up to 10 recipients for each role.

Monitor the progress of the document completion in the Documents tab.
