Set up and edit the properties of document placeholder elements by clicking them. Doing so will open the Propertiessettings on the right.
To adjust the heading for your document placeholder, click it. Then, set its properties in the Properties panel. You can enter a field name for your heading and adjust the heading’s size and alignment if needed. You can enter a title and description directly on the canvas.
Proceed to the placeholder settings by clicking the placeholder field. In the Properties panel, you can enter the Placeholder field name.
Note: The document placeholder form will disappear after creating a revision. That’s why we don’t recommend using the document placeholder field for the bot configuration.
You can also specify whether or not to require the document placeholder field for your users (optional).
