An Attachment form refers to a specific type of web form that allows recipients to upload and attach files or documents as part of the form submission process.

Follow the steps below to set up your form.

1.Click the Heading field to change its title, description and size. In the Properties tab you may change the field name and set the size of the Heading, if required.

2. Click the attachment field and proceed with its settings:

  • Assign this field to: choose the recipient or add a new one in the dropdown who should fill in the field

  • Field name: set a name for the field (not displayed to recipients)

  • Required: the attachment field is mandatory for recipients to fill out before they can submit the form

  • Attachment limit: set the amount of files that can be uploaded to the form

  • File size limit: set the maximum allowed size for the files that recipient can attach to the form

  • Acceptable file formats: set the acceptable file formats that recipient can attach to the form.

All uploaded files can be downloaded in a ZIP file once the form is completed by the recipient.


3.Click Save to apply the changes.
