Manage several related workflows at once. Adjust the dependence between these workflows by sending one document only after another one is completed and many more dependencies.
1.Add autostart as described in this article, select From another workflow option.
2.Select the source workflow and the version you need.
3.Choose what step will trigger documents sending in the current workflow.
4.To pre-fill the documents from one workflow with values from another workflow, match the required fields.
5.Set conditions for the source workflow to trigger the other workflow to run.
6.Check Yes to notify the Admin every time a document is sent, customize the notification message if needed, and click Apply changes.
