Stay in control of your workflow and ensure your documents are automatically sent to the recipients you choose on time.

Use case example: The HR department aims to automate the distribution of employee performance evaluation forms to both managers and employees every quarter. By implementing this automation, they can streamline the process, ensure consistency, and save time. This automated workflow will help ensure that evaluations are conducted efficiently and on schedule, facilitating better performance management within the organization.

1. Add autostart as described in this article, select Scheduled start and proceed to settings.

2.Adjust the Start date and time.

Note: the frequency can vary from one time to specific days of the month/year and will stop after the number of repeats you’ve set.

3. Decide how often the documents should be sent.

4. Check Yes to notify the Admin every time a new document is sent, customize the notification message if needed, and click Apply changes.

Once you’ve configured the Scheduled start option, the new documents will be sent to the recipients per the settings you’ve adjusted.
