Set up the Email on documents completion bot to receive notifications once your documents have been completed. You can also track changes on the Document page.

You can add a maximum of 20 documents per workflow.

We currently support 14 formats of documents, including PDF, DOC, DOCX, PPT, RTF, PNG, TIF, TIFF, JPG, and JPEG.

If a document you received contains incorrect information or needs to be modified, you will need to contact the sender to have them correct and resend it. Think of altaFlow as a mail carrier - we deliver the mail but have no involvement with the content of the mail itself.

If there is any personal data (phone, email, address, etc.) or payment data (card number, expiration date, etc.) you've saved in your current browser, it can be populated automatically when filling out web forms, payment forms, or notification forms. To do so, click the field you want to fill in automatically. The proposed information for auto-filling will automatically become available for picking. Once selected, the auto-filled fields will be highlighted.
