Share your Flow Templates with Teammates so they can use them to create documents in CRM (for example, Salesforce, Pipedrive, MS Dynamics 364, SharePoint, NetSuite, or HubSpot) via custom buttons.
To create documents, users need permission to access a Flow Template. When you create a Flow Template, it is only visible to you and only you can configure it.
Once you have configured your Flow Template, connected it to (for example, Salesforce, Pipedrive, MS Dynamics 364, SharePoint, NetSuite, or HubSpot) via a custom button, and tested it, it’s time to share this Flow Template with your Teammates.
The easiest way to do so is by changing the Flow Template mode from private to team. To do so, click on the access type. Then, select Team from the list.
You can also set other advanced permissions for a Flow Template. It is possible to assign permissions for filling documents in a Flow Template to individual users or user groups:
To share your Flow Template with a user, on the Flow Template settings page, click the Manage access icon.
In the Manage access modal window, enter the email of the users you want to share your Flow Template with. The fill and share permissions are selected by default.
Once done, share your Flow Template by clicking Share access.
To share your Flow Template with a group of users, go to the Manage team tab and select the users you’d like to share your Flow Template with. Then, click Group.
In the Select groups modal window, click Select next to the group you want to add users to. You can also create a new group by clicking Add group.
Once selected, click Apply.
After you’ve created a group of users, go back to the Flow Template page and click on the access type. Then, select the group of users you want to share your Flow Template with.
