Easily create documents with fillable fields and merge fields from Contract Negotiation (DOCX) documents. The resulting PDF documents can then be dynamically pre-filled from the data source of your choice.
To do so, disable redlining by switching off the toggle.
In the Convert to Document Generation pop-up, select Convert anyway to proceed.
Note: If there are any roles assigned in the Contract Negotiation DOCX, they will be discarded after converting to Document Generation. The bot settings will remain unchanged.
That’s it! The Contract Negotiation DOCX document will be instantly converted to a Document Generation DOCX document.
Once a revision has been created, the Document Generation functionality will be available for the document. You can also switch back to the Contract Negotiation version of the DOCX document anytime you need.
