Easily create modifiable DOCX documents with merge and fillable fields from Document Generation DOCX documents. Users can then collaborate on the resulting documents, allowing them to make changes and add suggestions as well as accept or decline them. The DOCX contracts can then be finalised as PDFs.
To do so, enable redlining by switching on the toggle.
In the Convert to Contract Negotiation pop-up, select Convert anyway to proceed.
Note: If there are any roles assigned in the Document Generation DOCX, they will be discarded after converting to Contract Negotiation. The bot settings will remain unchanged.
That’s it! The Document Generation DOCX will be instantly converted to a Contract Negotiation DOCX.
Once a revision has been created, the Contract Negotiation functionality will be available for the document. You can also switch back to the Document Generation version of the DOCX document anytime you need.
