Note: This section is available to Owner and Supervisor.
To manage a Workspace, click the Manage workspace and Account icon and go to My workspace.
The Workspace info tab is all about your corporate profile. Complete this information to help your teammates and partners learn more about your company:
Add your company name and description. Indicate your industry, department, and company size by using the dropdowns
Change your workspace domain name if necessary by clicking Change
Make your workspace recognizable and brand your emails with your corporate logo. Click Add logo to upload a workspace logo that will be displayed as your workspace avatar and a Branding logo that will be displayed in emails sent from this workspace
In Company address, indicate your corporate address
In Contact Information, add a phone number, emails, and a website for easier communication
If you wish to leave this workspace, click Leave workspace. You will be able to rejoin it as a Filler regardless of what role you had. If you’re leaving a workspace as an Owner, you will have to transfer your ownership to another team member.
In Workspace settings tab, you can perform the following functions:
Add verified domains, so that users with these domains can join your workspace;
Allow the workflow creation by default;
Allow recipients to create account once they have completed documents related to this workspace;
Allow recipients to sign multiple documents. Enabled by default. If a recipient has multiple pending documents assigned to their email address, the system will automatically offer to complete them in a single signing session, streamlining the signing process.
Request consent from signers to use legally-binding electronic signatures. Once enabled, before a signer begins to fill out your document, they must "consent to use electronic records and signatures" which validates the legality of the contract. All actions taken by recipients within a document are recorded. This detailed log includes a record of all signatures and other modifications, IP addresses, geolocations, email addresses, and more.Once every recipient has completed your document with a signature field, you will receive an email with the finalized PDF attached (in case the corresponding Bot is enabled), or you can download a PDF of the document revision). Besides the document itself, the file also contains a Certificate of Completion with details about the document signer(s).
Allow recipients to export completed documents with a certificate of completion attached.
In the Subscription tab, you can check your subscription status and manage other users of your subscription.
To change your subscription, use the Upgrade subscription option. This will take you to the pricing page, where you can select the most suitable plan.
In the Usage log tab, check the usage of Bots credits usage.
In the Billing and payment tab, add your payment method and check your billing history.
In the Email templates tab, edit templates for emails sent from your workspace. For your convenience, the templates are grouped into categories. To configure Email templates use the instructions.
