Get quick access and manage documents assigned to you within your workspace from the Inbox tab.
The folder contains three tabs:
All — check all documents assigned to you (including completed ones).
Waiting for me — check all the documents you’ve received for completing and those you’ve started working on (drafted).
Completed — check all the documents you have already filled out.
The documents can be sorted and filtered according to the options available.
For example, you can sort documents by their last update, date of creation, or alphabetical order. Find detailed instructions in this article.
Your documents can be managed the same way as in the Documents folder. Find instructions for sent documents management in this article.
Note: Be careful deleting documents from your Inbox. Just as in the Documents folder, you can’t undo this action. By deleting documents from here, you are deleting them from the workspace forever.
If you are not the Workspace Owner, the management options are limited to filling out, viewing, downloading, and sending documents.
